Our 10 Step Process

1. Expression of interest form is filled in (very similar to a project brief).

2. A consultation (in person or over the phone) with our internet design and marketing specialist to discuss the options for your business and the best ways to create a successful online web presence unique to what you offer.

This roughly 20 minutes FREE consultation provides the opportunities for innovation with lots of new ideas brought out into the open by discussing the following:

- Marketing techniques you use already and new techniques for the online side of your business.
- Where are you now and where you want to be.
- The benefits that will result in different options for the website.
- Your choice of your level of involvement with the whole process. This includes copywriting, photography and product filling. You can do each of these with our help or leave it all to us.
- Action plan for the site’s creation.
Please note: A lot will be discussed, so best to have a notepad and pen at hand.

3. Quote and action plan is given. If in agreement, then this is signed off.
We then let you know exactly what other information we require from you and the time frame.
Initial 25% deposit will need to be paid.
Terms of final payment(s) which occur once website is built is also decided. We offer ether full amount payments or a convenient 3 month payment plan.

4. Initial site design ideas are created for your approval and input. When happy, we will ask for you to sign off on the agreed designs. Avaliable domain names are also discussed and the agreed name is purchased.

5. Site creation gets underway, keeping you up to date with the advancements to collect your input.

6. User testing is performed to make sure that everything works and is the most logical and
simplest way of achieving set goals on the site. If possible we involve your current and potential
clients / customers as the site is ultimately for them to use.

7. Search engine optimisation techniques are implemented. Internet marketing strategies are created, explained and discussed.

8. A guide to using and making the most out of your website is created and handed to you.

9. Final payment(s) are made.

10. Opportunities for monthly maintenance, online marketing and search engine optimisation are discussed (the standard is $39.97 a month). Also a customer evaluation sheet is given to you to quickly fill out when you get a chance.
